Essay

The thesis deals with the problem of value-conceptual sphere of athletes' personality and its transformation in the process of long-term training. The analysis of the research results and the forming experiment data interpretation indicates that it is possible to support the development of the individual system of value orientations that is manifested in a more realized approach to the athletes training and competitive activity by means of psychological corrections program.
