The thesis is devoted to study in experiment on rats and in the clinic at patients of mechanisms of acute and chronic discogenic radikuloisсhemia. On the basis of experimental and clinical biochemical tests was created conceptual, metabolic reasonable model of formation discogenic radikuloisсhemia. It is proved that the main mechanism of development discogenic radikuloisсhemia is free-radical process that leads to cascading changes - the changes of oxidative metabolism, increasing the level of secondary products of peroxidation, proinflammatory cytokines, leptin, matriks metaloproteinaza-1 and reduction of melatonin. These changes, along with the release of nitric oxide, testify in favor of the fact that in addition to oxidative stress is nitrogenic stress, which is the main trigger of acute discogenic radikuloisсhemia at experimental animals and the formation of discogenic radikuloisсhemia in patients with degenerative-dystrophic process of spine. Identified marker signs of dysmetabolism purposeful use drugs, aimed at inhibition of free radical processes, stabilization of the vascular endothelium, the restoration of bioenergy, coagulation and reparative processes, and reduced intensity of the oxidative stress, changes of correlations in the system of glutathione, which was accompanied by inhibition neurotoxic symptoms and neurogenic inflammation and neuronal apoptosis.
