The study first developed, theoretically proved and experimentally verified model of professional competence of the future swimming coach in the study of special disciplines, which is represented by a set of components: methodologically-oriented, informative, professional-technology, evaluation-diagnostic; identified criteria, indicators and levels of formation of professional competence of the future swimming coach. Refined essence of the concept of ,,professional competence swimming coach" and the structure of the professional competence of the future swimming coach, which is formed in the course of studying special disciplines. Improved comprehensive programs and educational coaching practices aimed at the development of professional skills of the future skills is swimming coach. Further developed the forms and methods of formation of the professional competence of the future swimming coach in the study of the professional disciplines.
