The object - is the combined unijunction stamping of T-couplers (CUSTC) process; the purpose - is to increase the efficiency of seamless T-couplers production process in terms of research, development and mathematical modeling of technological ways of the combined stamping; novelty: - mathematical model for determination of basic parameters of new technological process CUSTC has been developed for the first time and theoretical research of the process stages with previous stages deformation history in mind has been conducted; - the theory of drawing out a pipe-bend on the round billet wall by the internal pressure of the elastic environment was developed further: the scheme of decomposition of common effort of drawing out a pipe-bend into components that allowed to itemize and separately perform calculation of the efforts used on end faces of the round billet and the elastic punch; formulae for determination of pressure necessary for deformation of the elastic punch was received; - process of punching a pipe-bend bottom with a wedge-shaped penetrative closed contour element has been offered and studied for the first time, therefore a mathematical model to determin the power parameters based on classical patterns of continuous environments mechanics (CCM) has been developed and experimentally confirmed; - new technological operation for rectification of a pipe-bend bottom part into the round billet wall of the ready T-coupler as the component stage of its unijunction stamping process is offered and studied for the first time with reference to the shape of round billet; using the offered dependences and method of computer modeling distribution of tension and deformations in round billet and rectifying efforts have been established; - evaluation technique of metal stampability in terms of plasticity local use coefficient has gained further development: the technique of uttermost deformation degree at rectification has been designed.
