In the dissertation the features of civil servants perfectionism have been analysed. The definition of perfectionism as a personality trait which lies in the aspiration to achieve thoroughness in different spheres of vital functioning has been formulated. This personality feature can appear both in constructive and in non-constructive forms depending on the degree of its expression.
