Khatshina V. Optimization of the surgical tactic at intrapleural posttraumatic bleeding

The dissertation highlights new approaches to solving scientific problems of closed injuries of the chest, reducing the number of complications post-traumatic period, the reduction of treatment time at the hospital stage and reducing the time of the rehabilitation period by improving the results of surgical treatment with intrapleural posttraumatic bleeding on the basis of the developed complex diagnostic and therapeutic measures. The author performed the complex analysis of treatment of 193 affected with intrapleuralis posttraumatic bleeding after of trauma. As a result of application of the developed surgical tactic there is proved expedience of timely implementation of early endo videothoracoscopy, sanitation, aiming draining of pleura cavity all affected with pleura complications of trauma of breast in the first clock from the moment of entering clinic and it is indicated that surgical tactic must be built taking into account weight of trauma, determination of volume and sequence of operations depending on weight of present damages of breast. The offered surgical tactic with introduction of modern technologies allowed to decrease frequency amount of complications - in 4,1 time, frequency of implementation of punkciy - in 3,5 times, frequency of implementation of the repeated draining - in 2,8 times, to shorten mean time of treatment - on 3,3 bed-days.
