Essay

The philosophical analysis of the language of national education strategy is carried out in the thesis. "Language strategy" is perceived as a system of tools, techniques, technologies, approaches and forms of education in the learning process, that provides fluency and native or near-native competence of mother tongue and several foreign languages. The concept of language strategy is deployed in response to the conflict between the desire for increasing rapprochement between people, on the one hand, and their urge to preserve their ethnic and cultural identity, on the other.
