Object - the processes of generation and realizing of economic reforms of China. Purpose - the generalization of conceptual principles and social-economic effects of the reforming of economy of China in terms of global instability, description of the perspective directions of the implementation of Chinese reforming experience for the economy of Ukraine. Methods - scientific abstraction, abstract-logical method of analysis, synthesis, systematic approach, econometric, graphic. Results - justification of the conceptual principles and social-economic effects of the reforming of economy of China in terms of global instability, description of the perspective directions of the implementation of Chinese reforming experience for the economy of Ukraine. Novelty - the matrix of archetypes of the economic reforms of China is elaborated; the interpretation of global instability is improved, which is proposed to perceive as the state of the world economic system that is the result of the contradictory interaction of the totality of phenomena and processes; the conceptual principles of the implementation of the Chinese reforming experience for national practice are developed; the economic reforms of China are systemized chronologically with the consideration of historical and axiological peculiarities; the determinants and the priorities of the Chinese model of market transformation in terms of global instability are singled out; the role of foreign investments in providing the economic growth in terms of global instability and deepening of regional asymmetries of economic development is substantiated. Introduced in the activities of the Ministry of finance of Ukraine, Department of Trade of the Executive Committee of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, PE "STC "UkraineCapital" and in the studies of Ternopil National Economic University.
