The thesis is devoted to studying of psychological and pedagogical factors of sensitivity as professionally significant quality of future teachers. The dissertation identified theoretical approaches to the problem of sensitivity as professionally significant quality of future teachers in domestic and foreign psycho-pedagogical science. During the studying of problem was found an insufficient level of sensitivity of future teachers. Has been developed the model of the development of sensitivity as professionally significant for future teachers that able to predict the actualization of psychological and educational factors which determine the forming of cognitive, emotional and behavioral components of responsiveness.
