Podzhynska O. Psychological characteristics of the formation of values component of personal identity.

The dissertation is devoted to research of particularities of valuable component of personal identity of students of different specialties. Theoretically proved and developed a structural model of personal identityof modern students and it was found that the concept of identity is seen as a construct that ensures integrity and self identity. Designed and described model of personal identity students that includes the following components: identification, values, personality, allowing an integrated approach to the study of psychological characteristics of individual identity in adolescence, within the presented model then focuses valuable component of personal identity students. The development of positive identity of students can not be without correction of such phenomena as self-esteem, awareness of different aspects of it's own "I", the first value and meaning, and testing in a real group interaction, based on experimentation, getting life experience and feedback can be considered a basic process we have developed a training program. The main prospects for further development of the research conducted, which does not cover all aspects of the problem of personal identity of students, in-depth study of the structural components of the personal identity of adolescents in the study of gender-sensitive indicators of personal identity and improving practices for positive personal identity formations. In the result, social and psychological training is a tool that helps the individual to recognize and understand themselves, their own desires and problems through cooperation and communication in a specially created group.
