Vasilev M. Regularities of rescue activities in the "rescuer - protection and emergency equipment - emergency situation with the release of hazardous chemicals"

The thesis is devoted to actual scientific problem disclosure laws rescue activities during the emergency response to the release of hazardous chemicals. It is shown that it is worthwhile to consider how the functioning of the "rescuer - protection and emergency equipment - emergency situation with the release of hazardous chemicals." Obtained new scientific results: patterns of essential tasks in complex of personal protective equipment feature of which is normally distributed temporal characteristics; laws governing the functioning of the whole system in a non-linear multivariate polynomial, which selected factors (level of preparedness of the rescue, the concentration of hazardous chemicals, complex version of personal protective equipment) varies in two equal levels; definition of regulatory requirements to the level of preparedness of rescue by determining the allowable share of poor ratings and the exponential nature of the change in time for common operations (process) the number of training efforts.
