The object of the research is the development of the global financial market in the context of global transformational shifts. The aim of the thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the world market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations regarding the regulation of the global market in a global transformational shifts. Methods: general philosophical method of dialectical cognition, abstract method of logical analysis, methods of systematic structural and economic and statistical analysis, the method of economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical results: consist in the development of theoretical and methodological bases of formation of the world market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations regarding the development of the global market in the context of the impact of global transformational shifts. Bottom line: consists in the fact that theoretical and methodological provisions, conclusions and recommendations of the scientific and practical thesis is the research basis for the development of the strategic directions of the global financial market regulation in the context of globalization. Scientific novelty: for the first time: defined the contours of a new global financial transformation; improved: theoretical and methodological bases of research directions and leverage structuring global environment; quantitative framework for the assessment of depth of integration of the national market in the world in the context of global changes; were further developed: the conceptual and categorical apparatus study of financial segment of the international economy; the theoretical foundations of the study of the world market in the context of globalization.
