Denisova K. Transnationalization of International Business in the Context of Globalization

The object of research is the process of transnationalization of international business in the context of globalization. The aim of the thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of transnationalization research and development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development of international business in an increase in transnational manifestations of globalization. Methods: dialectical knowledge, abstract method of logical analysis, methods of system-structural and economic and statistical analysis, the method of economic and mathematical modeling. The theoretical results are: to deepen the existing theoretical and methodological foundations of scientific research transnationalization of the world economy and the improvement of the system of organizational and economic support of the transnationalization of international business in the context of globalization. Bottom line: consists in the fact that scientific results brought to the level of specific scientific, methodological and practical recommendations. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the conceptual basis for the development of innovation-directed consolidation of the international business of transnational companies; improved: theoretical and methodological bases of research in the transnationalization through time and space; organizational and analytical tools of international business development; were further developed: the conceptual and categorical apparatus studies the international economy; the theoretical foundations of the study of international business; theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the global economy.
