In the dissertation theoretical generalization and solution of a scientific task on the role of NO-ergic system and lipid peroxidation processes in stomach and large intestine at modeling of the activity of NO-synthase, cyclooxygenase-2 and 5-lipoxygenase and activation of 5-НТ4 serotonin receptors under the conditions of experimental hyperglycemia in rats are stated. Physiological, biochemical and statistic methods of investigations were used in the project. Practical significance consists in the determination of the role of proinflammatory enzymes and substantiation of the application of agonist of 5-НТ4 serotonin receptors for the correction of motor-evacuating function of the digestive organs of experimental hyperglycemia.
