In this scientific work for the first time identified the most informative criteria of severity of state of pregnant with in-fluenza and acute respiratory viral infection and predictors of unfavorable course of influenza and acute respiratory viral infection. At first time evaluated the efficiency of different strategies of infusion therapy in pregnant with severe influenza and acute respiratory viral infection. A comprehensive analysis of therapeutic activities designed and developed and proved a new algorithm of treatment pregnant with severe influenza and acute respiratory viral infection with optimization based on the criteria of indications of ICU hospitalization, restrictive type of infusion strategy, early respiratory therapy, usage of diuretics. It is possible considerably reduce maternal mortality from 17,7 % (in Ukraine) to 3,85 % in comparison group. Corticosteroid usage decreased the risk of antenatal mortality in 10 times (from 38,8 to 3,8 %) and risk of premature birth in 3 times (from 34,7 % to 11,5 %).
