This dissertation is devoted to the issue of forming of future managers' of non-productive sphere creativity by means of business games. This work analyzes theoretical basis of investigated problem, discloses essence and structure of creativity, defines criteria, parameters, and characterizes levels of future managers' of non-productive sphere creativity forming.
