Essay

Object: human capital of modern Ukrainian organizations. Goal - To identify patterns and trends of HR influence to the formation and development of human capital in modern organizations. Methods: Retrospective analysis, factor analysis, system analysis, synthesis and analysis, comparative analysis, modeling and abstraction, the survey, document analysis and case studies. Theoretical and practical results: improved definition of human capital which attributes the internal structure and functional purpose; the models of human capital in the modern organization "regressive", "forge frames", "consumer", "success", based on the selection criteria entrusted with the level of training of personnel in the organization and its focus on the development of competencies of employees; The author of the definition of human capital, as a combination of professional, intellectual, cultural and other personal resources of personnel that can be used to achieve its strategic goals and objectives; proved that the maximum load during the formation of human capital lies in the adaptation of the staff, and the maximum impact on the components of human capital through staff motivation; proved that in the process of developing HR maximize human capital components such as professional, intellectual, information, and minimal - migration potential and potential health; proposed generalized model of the human capital through components such as professional, educational, intellectual, cultural, informational, and migration potential and potential health; found that the particular structure of human capital define ways of its development, one of which - investments. The novelty lies in solving important scientific task management in sociology - the conceptualization of the key areas of personnel work on the formation and development of human capital. Degree of implementation: position, conclusions and practical recommendations obtained during the study of theoretical and methodological, organizational and managerial aspects of human capital formation, allowing organizations to develop effective methods of personnel management. Results can be used by specialists HR in modern organizations, as well as educational institutions in organizing and conducting classes within the course "Sociology of management", "Socio-economic foundations of HR", "Sociology of Work". The obtained practical results of the study have been successfully implemented in the activities of the company "inline Group West."
