Essay

Proposed a new approach to the definition of "energy security". It is shown that the concept of 'energy policy' is in the same order with such concepts as "energy security", "foreign energy policy", "energy diplomacy". Analyzed the current state and trends of the major subjects of energy relations on the European continent. Analyzed and determine the influence of energy factors on the relationship between states and transnational energy corporations today. Defined priority directions of the policy of Ukraine in the sphere of energy security in the context of multi-vector strategy for international cooperation in the context of globalization.
