Bondarchuk G. Medical and social substantiation of optimizing the model of providing medical aid to hurt with poly-system injuries in conditions of urban hospital.

In the dissertation was realised the important scientific task of optimization of the treatment process of affected with poly-system injuries in conditions of urban hospital on model of full-scale type that was formed in compliance with criteria of typical nature and research volume was held. Analysis of providing medical aid of affected with poly-system injuries was performed and reasons of rising of lethal result of trauma process course was defined, risks of its origin related to clinic-epidemiological, clinic-nosological and clinic-organizational factors were defined and estimated. Model of optimization of provision medical aid in conditions of urban hospital to affected with poly-system injuries and unified organizational scheme to provide medical assistance to the suffered of multisystem injuries were formed. The implementation of the offered optimized model of providing medical aid to hurt with poly-system injuries and clauses of clinic-organizational experiment allows to increase survival rate of hurt to 8,27% (from 70,65% to 78,92% (р<0,05)) and lower clinical terminative risks of origin lethal result of trauma process course from 0,42 to 0,27 due to optimizing taking and increasing implementation of clinic-organizational decisions coupled with adequate and rational application of medical technologies.
