Essay

The focus of the thesis is on the theoretical generalization and new approaches in solving the problem of formation of an intending technology teacher’s professional readiness to teach fundamentals of agricultural production to schoolchildren. The nature, contents and structure of intending technology teachers’ professional readiness to perform educational activities have been defined. The model and acmeologic technique of formation of an intending technology teacher’s professional readiness in studying agricultural production subjects have been developed end experimentally verified. Acmeologic training has been chosen as the form of realization of an acmeologic technique applied in formation of intending technology teachers’ professional readiness to perform professional tasks. Instructional materials for University teachers to enable formation of an intending technology teacher’s professional readiness have also been compiled.
