Poljakova A. Optimization of psychosocial rehabilitation of patients with epilepsy with affective disorders

Based on the results of a comprehensive survey of 148 patients with epilepsy who have a mizhprystupnomu period were diagnosed nonpsychotic affective disorders authors made evaluating the effectiveness psyhoosvitnih programs in rehabilitation of patients with epilepsy with affective disorders and to develop effective approaches to their use. The high performance psyhoosvity compared with the traditional complex treatment on the reduction of affective symptoms, improve social functioning and quality of life in patients with epilepsy. The expediency of introducing a system of measures psyhoosvitnoyi in treatment and rehabilitation of patients with epilepsy, including differentiated psyhoosvitni program. At the primary level of medical care: the reduction of affective symptoms (82.7%), increased social functioning (66.2%), and quality of life in patients with epilepsy (75.1%). At the secondary level, the reduction of affective symptoms (85.6%), increased social functioning (68.9%), and quality of life in patients with epilepsy (88.4%). At the tertiary level, the reduction of affective symptoms (85.7%), increased social functioning (72.5%), and quality of life in patients with epilepsy (92.7%).
