Kondratjuk A. Hygienic evaluation of the educational process with swimming lessons in primary school

Thesis is devoted to the hygienic evaluation of the educational process with swimming lessons in primary school. Health and adaptation efficiency of pupils with differen organization of physical culture: three traditional physical culture classes in gym, one and two swimming lessons per week has been assessed. As it has been found by the study swimming lessons have positive influence on the pupil's health. Primary school children are well-motivated to mathematics, physical culture and swimming classes. Hygienic evaluation of traditional lesson in gym and swimming lesson has been performed. The results of the research revealed, that physical culture lessons have middle accordance to the tusk of strengthening and preservation of children's health. Heart rate variability and T wave symmetry has been determined before and after physical education lessons in swimming pool and in control group of pupils for cardiovascular system response estimation, computed by appliance FAZAGRAF®. Those pupils who attended swimming lessons have better autonomic nervous and cardiovascular systems respond to low intensity physical activity during physical culture classes.
