Malysheva O. Training of civil servants at universities of the People's Republic of China.

The object is the professional training of civil servants in the People's Republic of China; the aim - to analyze the theoretical questions and to generalize the experience of civil servants' professional training in the higher education institutions of China with the aim of creative usage of pedagogically valuable ideas in the practice of Ukrainian universities; methods - analysis, comparison, generalization, synthesis, general scientific, historical - pedagogical, retrospective, genetic, problem-target; novelty - the views of Chinese scientists - representatives of ethical and philosophical schools of Confucianism, Buddhism, Legalism, Neo-Confucianism and Maoism concerning the question of civil servants professional training are characterized for the first time; the stages and peculiarities of formation and development of the problem of civil servants' training are scientifically grounded; the structure, the main components and forms of civil servants' professional training in the higher education institutions of China are determined. The main results and conclusions of the research were used by the author on the basis of Zaporizhzhya center of retraining and advanced training of the organs of public authorities, local governments, state enterprises, institutions and organizations employees. The materials of the research can be used while studying the issues of historical and pedagogical sciences in China; field - pedagogy.
