The effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of future skilled workers' professional interest forming at the vocational school of agricultural profile is theoretically grounded and experimentally proved. The concept "creating the future skilled workers' professional interest at the vocational school of agricultural profile" is grounded; the content and structure of the concept "professional interest of the future skilled workers of the agricultural sector" are defined; the criteria, indicators and levels of future skilled workers' professional interest at the vocational schools of agricultural profile are specified. The methodics of implementing pedagogical conditions of future skilled workers' professional interest forming at the vocational school of agricultural profile is worked out.
