Essay

The object - the process of formation and evaluation of the quality of insurance services. The goal - a theoretical basis and development of scientific and methodological foundations of marketing evaluation of the quality of insurance services as well as the formation of practical recommendations to improve the fairness and completeness of such ratings for domestic insurance companies. Methods - dialectical method; Method of analysis and synthesis; method of statistical processing and analytical data grouping; method of comparative analysis; method of structural analysis; method of situational analysis and a structured assessment; method of structural modeling. Novelty - developed structural-logical model and methodological tools of marketing evaluation of the quality of services on voluntary medical insurance, which, unlike the existing ones, adapted to the needs of the domestic insurance market and is based on the use of estimates as a corporate policyholders (customer service), and the consumers themselves ( insured workers) to provide a comprehensive assessment of services and detailed assessment of its individual components - at different stages of co-operation of the insurer and the insured.
