Sirenko P. Innovative technologies in physical training of skilled football players.

Object - the training process of skilled players; aim - scientifically substantiate the using of modern innovative technologies in special physical training of skilled players; methods: theoretical analysis and synthesis; biomedical methods; pedagogical supervision; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: angles in the joints of lower extremities were defined by interference electromyography for the first time; the dependence redistribution of bioelectrical activity of thigh muscles group of back side in exercise "Bending shin lying" was found out at first; there were determined starting positions of performing specific strength exercises in which there is maximum bioelectric activity of main muscles of the lower limbs and a block diagrams of using special exercises in the preparatory period were developed at first; results: the author program of physical training of skilled players was developed and the effectiveness of program was tested; the results of PhD research were implemented in the training process of FC "Metalist" (Kharkiv), FC "Metalist" U-21 (Kharkiv), FC "Dnipro" (Dnipropetrovsk), FC "Zorya" (Lugansk), in the practice of educational process of Kharkiv Academy of Physical Culture, Kharkiv National University of Skovoroda G.S. , licensing doctors center of FFU; industry - physical education and sport.
