Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving actual scientific problem of determining the quality of complex objects using ordinal scales. The thesis studied the features of use ordinal scales, found that a promising direction in the development of metrological support of complex objects is the use of hybrid verbal and numerical scales. It is developed a method of arithmetization verbal scale, and proposed to include the specification of the scale matrix according order to assess accuracy of the characteristic scale installation - uncertainty. It is developed a two-step method for evaluating quality complex indicators of complex objects using verbal and numerical scales are used in determining aggregation (association) of individual quality indicators, which: first proposed to use the median Walsh, thus improving the accuracy of estimation of weighting coefficients of individual indicators when forming the composite indicator of software quality, and demonstrated an increase in accuracy compared with normal median for the same number of experts; analysis of convergence results aggregation of individual quality indicators submitted by numerical and verbal scales possible to determine the aggregation operators that provide maximum reproducibility aggregation by verbal and numerical scale and reduce uncertainty estimation comprehensive measure of quality; first proposed method for determining the complex quality index (characteristic of uncertainty) based on the aggregation of individual verbal indicators of quality integrated with the weights.
