Oleshko D. The development of ability of the overcoming of psychological barriers by the border guard officers.

The dissertation is devoted to the solving of scientific problem, which consists in proving the basic directions of development of the ability of border guard officers to overcome psychological barriers in professional activity. The research shows the results of theoretical analysis of the state of investigation of the psychological barriers problems in professional activities and their presence in the professional activity of the officers in The National border service of Ukraine. The interrelation both with indicators of firmness of an officer to overcome psychological barriers and individual and psychological characteristics of his personality was established. The Program of the development of the capacity for constructive overcoming of psychological barriers by a border guard officer was developed and approved. Ways of development of professional resistance to the barriers among officers of subordinate units of state border guard in Ukraine were well-grounded. In the context of the results of the formative experiment ,were given the substantial and procedural aspects of testing of the author’s program of the development of the ability to overcome the psychological barriers in professional activities of the border guard officers.
