Blagulyak T. Medical and social substantiation optimizing the integrated cervical cancer prevention.

The thesis deals with the scientific substantiation optimizing the integrated preventive measures system of the cervical cancer as one of the most common cancers with the negative tendencies that negatively affects the deterioration of the population reproductive health, over all mortality and demographic in dexes. The cervical cancer rate is also a health and social problem in Ukraine, as the high disease in cidence of cervical cancer affects the working age women's average life and the reduction of the productive forces of the economy. In the process of the study the main factor softhehighsickness rate of the cervical cancer in Ukraine and the main obstacles of its effective preventive measures have been determined. The functional and organizational model of the integrated preventive measures system of the cervical cancer has been substanciated and practically developed in the research work; the strategy of this system is the improvement of the existing diagnostic and the rapeutic technologies, the reorganization of the preventive examining system, the cytological servicere for mand the introduction of innovative technologies, allowing to achieve the objectives of WHO in the nearest future: providing with effective preventive technologies means avoiding the cervical cancer disease today.
