Bilyk L. The Formation of Palliative Competence of Bachelors in Medicine in the Process of Vocational Training

The thesis is devoted to the problem of the formation of Bachelors' in Medicine palliative competence in the process of vocational training. The thesis deals with the study of scientific literature on this theme, for the first time the essence of the concept "palliative competence of Bachelors in Medicine" was defined; the content of definitions: "professional competence of health care worker", "palliative care", "palliative treatment", "palliative medicine", "hospice care" were specified. The structure, competences, criteria and levels of palliative competency of Bachelors in Medicine during training were defined. The pedagogical conditions of the palliative competence formation for the Bachelors in Medicine were theoretically justifieded and experimentally tested. The process of training has been implemented in three stages: vocational and orientational, organizational and pedagogical, correctional and training. The model of palliative competence formation for the Bachelors in Medicine is designed and implemented in practice during training.
