The given dissertation is a theoretical and experimental investigation of the problem dealing with the formation of life safety competence of future specialists in the sphere of finance and economics. The analysis of the basic concepts of the research has been performed. The specific features of professional activity are considered, model has been substantiated, the technology of life safety competence formation of future specialists in financial and economic spheres has been developed. The criteria, indices and levels of life safety competence formation of future specialists are defined. Main results of the research are implemented in the educational process of higher education establishments.
