Essay

The psychological characteristics of competitive activity of sportsmen-shooters, the peculiarities of emotional experiences in sports activities, the phenomenology and nature of mental rigidity are revealed. The typological characteristics of mental rigidity of professional sportsmen-shooters, the impact of age and experience on quantity and quality of performance are discovered. An innovative approach to classification of influence of emotional experiences on the implementation of individual behavior of sportsmen-shooters in a situation of competitive activity is proposed.
