Essay

The results of empirical research of stress resistance features of servicemen of CEGP units of National Guard of Ukraine: their viability, stress overcoming strategies used, effectiveness of the obtained system of stress resistance are disclosed. The identified features of motivational sphere of servicemen of CEGP units: general system of attitude towards themselves, others and environment; its requiremental and semantic components; effectiveness of motivational sphere are presented.
