Essay

The structural organization and objectives of the psychological service in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine are considered as well as the stress factors and conditions which negatively influence on a psychologist's personality and effectiveness of his professional activity. It is proved that requirements to the psychologist's personality in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and his professional competence considerably differ from the those of a civil expert, a psychologist of armed forces or a psychologist of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
