It was found with empiric methods that the employees of special divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who use simulation methods during the professional training, have moderate tendency to risk, better-developed determination, volitional regulation, independence, striving to achieve a goal and victory, commitment to act in the situation of uncertainty, self-confidence, stress tolerance, flexibility of thinking and other professionally important features.
