Objective: theoretically justify, describing and experimentally testing the effects of an integrated approach (personal-competency-activity) in the study of physics at the colleges. Object: teaching and learning process in physics at the colleges. Purpose of the study: methods, techniques, forms of organization physics experiment in colleges, in the context of its impact on the formation of substantive and professional competence of junior specialist. Used methods: theoretical, empirical and statistical. Integrated approach grounded in the organization and conduct of the training college physics experiment, which is a combination of personality, competence and activity approaches in teaching physics, he reveals the formation of professional competence of junior specialists in the chosen direction of preparation. Theory and practice improved for educational physical experiment in the context of the modernization of laboratory work in physics. Physical laboratory practical, integrated didactic material content designed for the implementation of the conditions related to European integration model qualified professional. Peer review methodological support confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method.
