The possibility of the use of cryopreserved grass carp sperm for obtaining pedigree offspring has been experimentally proved in the dissertation work. The optimum composition of cryoprotectants ment, defined exercise regimen defrosted spermodoz grass carp also demonstrated the usefulness of the biological offspring obtained at different stages of ontogeny.
