Rotar V. Forming of legal competence of future civil protection specialists in the process of professional training

The thesis is devoted to the problem of forming of legal competence of future civil protection specialists in the process of professional training. The paper analyzes the state of formation of legal competence of future civil protection specialists, substantiates the concept of "professional competence ofcivil protection specialist", determines the essence and the specific features of legal competence of future civil protection specialists. The criteria (value-motivational,cognitive, operational and activity), components (personal and professional, theoretical and practical), levels (low, medium, sufficient, high) and indices of formation of legal competence of future civil protection specialists are determined. Organizational and pedagogical conditions (the first group - content, the second - practice-oriented, the third - control and evaluation; the fourth - acme-and technological) and the model of forming of legal competence of future civil protection specialists as the unity and interdependence of target, theoretical and technological professional training units that constitute it are theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested.
