Kozlova A. Strategy of innovative development of international agricultural holdings in Central and Eastern Europe.

The thesis deals with the research of strategy of innovative development of international agricultural holdings in the Central and Eastern Europe. The essences of innovative strategies for the development of international agricultural holdings in the conditions of globalization of world economic processes, the influence of endogenous and exogenous factors on the implementation of innovative development in the country are analyze. The thesis contains an analysis tool to improve the strategy of innovative development of international agricultural holdings in Ukraine. The thesis refers to multi-level model for evaluating the performance of innovative strategies for the development of international agricultural holdings and reasonable forecast scenarios to ensure innovation in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The article is devoted to the international agricultural sector in a globalizing world economic processes require fundamentally new approaches. These are connect with necessity to introduce mechanisms of resource, technological and organizational renewal, to attract investment, protection of domestic producers, settlement of inter-sector imbalances, implementing an effective strategy for innovation and infrastructure. The thesis deals with of active development of international holding both in Ukraine and abroad. The thesis deals with research of innovative agricultural holdings in the Central and Eastern Europe is to identify the main factors of their creation, improvement and use of strategic, innovative advantage in a competitive market. In this regard, urgent target for Ukraine is the development of the agricultural sector, namely holdings, occupying its niche and securing a sustainable competitive position in international markets. An important task is to determine an effective strategy for innovation holdings that are able to compete in a global economy and become the driving force of the country.
