Essay

In the dissertation it is given experimental material on the study of an influence of different technologies for housing pigs with the aim of increasing food value of pork. It has been researched the efficiency of rearing and fattening, reproductive ability of pigs under different conditions of housing and feeding, visual indexes of products of the slaughter and also their physical and chemical properties. It has been determined that using the technology of pork production of an increasing food value, specifically housing conditions which are approximate to natural and pasturages, furthers increasing pork quality. Using the offered technology comparatively with a traditional two phase one furthered increasing average daily gains (6 %) of young pigs and a fast ripening (on 4 %).
