Sencha V. Pharmaco-toxicological estimation of complex preparation due to bacterial diseases of pigs

Dissertation work is devoted to the development, study and introduction of complex antibacterial preparation, as sterile solution for injections that are effective to the main economically important bacteriosis of animals. Compounding of new complex bactericidal preparation «TimTilTM» is developed on the basis of the active substances: tylosin and tiamulin in the form of sterile solution for injections. The parameters of acute toxicity of developed preparation «TimTilTM» are investigated on white mice, so that developed preparation belongs to the IV class of toxicity - low toxicity substances. On the basis of the conducted researches the charts of prevention and termination of diseases of infectious etiology are complemented and improved in a small-commercial and commercial livestock enterprises. Created bactericidal preparation enable to reduce possibility of origin of stable races of exciters of bacterial diseases of farm animals, by increasing the assortment composition of present antibacterial facilities with the preparations which contain new complex of actively operating substances.
