Okipniak D. Formation of professional competence of future mine clearing experts in modern conditions.

The research concerns the substantiation of pedagogical conditions of formation of professional competence of humanitarian mine clearing experts in modern conditions and the development of their realization methods. In the thesis the model of formation of professional competence of future humanitarian mine clearing experts was designed. The model components are the following: purpose, tasks, subject-activity concept of staged formation of professional competence, normative-methodic and organizational-methodic maintenance, components of training and stages of formation of professional competence, and result. Also the essence, structure and content of professional training of humanitarian mine clearing experts according to the UN and NATO; criteria, indices and levels of formation of professional competence of humanitarian mine clearing experts on different stages of training.Finally, the technique of selection of candidates for mine clearing experts and partial techniques of teaching of special and tactical-special subjects for training of future humanitarian mine clearing experts have been improved.
