The object of research - the electromagnetic interaction processes of adjacent systems of electrified railways DC. Research Methods - Principles of incomplete physical modeling, the basics of the similarity theory, the theory of electric traction, the elements of the theory of the mechanics of the electric drive, as well as the basic principles of implementing an engineering experiment. Solved important scientific and technical challenge - improving EMC of DC asynchronous electric drive with adjacent systems due to the choice of rational modulation frequency of traction converter. Justified the possibility of improving the criteria of electromagnetic compatibility prospective electric rolling stock DC with signaling network and the external power systems due to the choice of the appropriate frequency modulation of the output voltage of the traction inverter which is a part of the structure of these traction units. Obtained basic theoretical and practical results can be used by enterprises of railway transport, the profile of activity of which is the development and modernization of traction electric rolling stock.
