Essay

A theoretical model, the author's application of psychological readiness of the individual to retirement have been highlighted in the thesis. The comparative analysis of indicators of intellectual, motivational, behavioral, emotional and volitional features have been presented. Psycholinguistic markers of readiness levels on the basis of semi-structured interviews have been determined. A program of psychological readiness of individuals to late maturity retirement has been suggested.
