The thesis deals with the problem of training masters management education to innovative management of secondary schools. The work performed an analytical review of scientific sources of theory and methods of education management to determine the state of development of future leaders the problem of secondary schools for innovative profession. Author determined the specific professional activity manager-innovator. It had been explicated the essence, structure and pedagogical principles of training masters of management education to innovative management of secondary schools. Outlined a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions of professional training future managers to innovative management education. Theoretically and experimentally tested the efficiency of the model of professional training of masters management education to innovative management of secondary schools, which consists of three interrelated parts: a target, content and operational results.
