Essay

This thesis focuses on the problem of formation of managerial competence of managers in high education institutions with economical directions. The essence of the concept "managerial competence of managers" is analyzed, its content and structure are defined. The concept of "the organization of administrative competence of managers" is concretized, theoretical aspects and developed structure of its formation as a holistic construct that includes motivational value, activity, personal components are described. Meaningful indicators of the existing capacity for effective operation of a manager are: progress in training activities, positive motivation for management activities, intellectual and creative abilities, professionally significant skills, personal qualities, a high level of creativity in the performance of tasks. According to the criteria and indicators high, medium and low levels of the development of managerial competence of managers are theoretically grounded and empirically singled out. The analysis of the current state of the labor market, the characteristics, requirements of modern management and the problem of future managers' training in high education institutions of economic direction are examined. Scientific pedagogical conditions of learning environment are singled out: creating educational system of the managerial competence formation, subjective position of students in the educational process of high education with economical directions, which provides opportunities for the active use of modern advanced information technologies, interactive teaching methods, testing methods, emotional stimulation, aimed at attracting students to the intellectual and creative activities that will optimize the formation of future managers' management competence, means and forms of education are analyzed, the dynamics of formation of managerial competence is studied. The experimental model of managerial competence of future managers in higher educational establishments with economical directions is developed, theoretically proved and tested for effectiveness. As the basis of the effective implementation of the model the basic principles were used: the development of professional mobility and competitiveness ; the unity and consistency of regulatory economic, sociological, psychological, educational, specially-management training managers in higher educational establishments with economical directions; situational principle; creativity (organization of individual and collective creativity of students to develop projects in the field of management, application management technologies varied in different directions); predictability. A set of methods and techniques and forms of teaching in training of future managers are defined and stipulated. It is proved that the introduction of technology into the learning process of forming managerial competence of managers contributes to its effective formation. Teaching experiment confirmed the efficiency of the model that provided the targeted formation of managerial competence of managers in high education institutions with economical directions and a gradual increase in their total level.
