The thesis is devoted to the problem of the development of teacher' reflection in terms of postgraduate pedagogical education.The main approaches to reflection and its development are analyzed. The content, structure, criteria and levels of the development of teacher' reflection are substantiated.The levels of the development of teachers' reflection in general and in terms of postgraduate pedagogical education in particular were investigated. Established gender-age features of reflection and differences of teachers' reflection depending on the organizational and professional factors, including the specialty of teachers and type of school.
