Essay

The species diversiry of discomycetes in the Western Polissya of Ukraine represented by 187 species, 88 genera, 19 families, 5 orders and 3 classes of the phyllum Ascomycota. The study reported by 146 species for the first time, 14 jut of them are new to Ukraine and 1 species is supposed as a new one.Species diversity of discomycetes of Western Polissya of Ukraine are described. The study of taxonomical analysis, species similarity analysis with discomycetes from other territories, ecological analysis are conducted. The representiveness level of discomycetes has been determined for teritories from National Concervational Fund of Western Polissya. The discomycetes species catalogue has been developed for Western Polissya of Ukraine.
