The thesis deals with theoretical generalizations and new research addressing the task of establishing the morpho-functional activity of adipose tissue and liver of rat-offspring at the term of gestational maternal stress and overnutrition. The scientific study uses physiological (stress induction, modification of nutrition, weight measuring), morphological, immunological and statistical methods. The practical significance consists in determination of cellular-molecular mechanisms of development the dysfunction of white and brown adipose tissue and hepatocytes and identification of noninvasive biomarker of their disorders.
