Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical basis and new solution of urgent scientific problems - definition of the role and nature of sleep disorders and autonomic disorders in patients with sequelae of traumatic brain injury. It is revealed that the severity of brain injury affects all sleep stages, on awakening within the dream, to a lesser extent on the multiplicity of cycles. With the strong influence of the degree of severity of the injury has on the stage of REM sleep and are more pronounced in patients of the I group. Revealed a weak inverse correlation in patients of group I between subjective and objektivnye assessments of sleep. Coupled with sleep the autonomic nervous system, undergoes more pronounced changes in patients of group I with a predominance of sympathetic tone. The levels of melatonin and conjugated serotonin the results of the study following patients of group I. It is established that the main factors affecting the quality of life of patients are the severity of head injury, sleep disorders and autonomic dystonia. Based on multivariate analysis identified the main clinical manifestations and on the basis of what has been built, the algorithm of sleep disorders.
